Frequently Asked Questions

This craft and vendor show is run by the Bartlett High School Fine Arts Boosters. The money goes directly back to the students in providing materials for Fine Arts classes and activities, capital improvements to the auditorium including lighting/sound, and to offset costs for trips that they take to further enhance their educational experiences.

If you would like to have a booth that is next to someone else we recommend that you put your requests together in one envelope. Please mark both forms that you want to be next to the other crafter/vendor.

Yes, we will have students available to help you. We will make sure to hold or have the doors propped open to make the load in and out easier to manage. You must stop at the check-in table before going to your space. Additional unloading information will be provided at a later date.

We recommend that you have a friend with you or ask the vendor next to you. We will have floaters walking around and they can also be used.

Yes, there will be coffee and food available to purchase. If you have special dietary needs we recommend that you pack your food from home and bring it with you. Food selection will be limited to normal concession-style food and drinks. Payment will be in cash only. We will have students coming around to take and deliver food orders.

Yes, we ask that you cover your table.

The emphasis of the show is handcrafted items. In the past, everything from wood crafts, candy, jewelry, handmade clothing items, silk floral arrangements and other items have been offered by our crafters. This is not a juried show. Product based home consultant businesses are also allowed making up approximately one quarter to one third of our show.

We generally have about 100-160 crafters participating.

Applications are accepted on a first come first accepted basis until we reach a maximum number. For home-consultant businesses, one vendor per company will be accepted.

Exhibitors who apply will be sent an email receipt within one week of the application being received. Receipts will be mailed if no email address was given. We will follow up approximately one week before the show with any other specific information you will need. Please remember that our committee is made up of many volunteers who donate their time. We make every effort to be as prompt as possible, so please be patient with us.

We will be sending out booth assignments before the show. We will also include what door to go in. Upon arriving at the high school when unloading you should stop at the check-in table BEFORE you proceed to your spot.

There is Wi-Fi within the building, however, it can be spotty at times. We encourage all vendors to make sure that they have good coverage through their carrier to process credit card purchases and also recommend the acceptance of checks. We will promote cash and carry as the method of payment at the event.
